3) The EGR valve has nothing to do with coolant flow or coolant leaking. It only controls the air flow into the EGR cooler. If you are worried about coolant to the motor from the EGR cooler, a full delete is the best option. You say there are no blocking plates, so the full delete may be easier to buy.
